It is said that the job of four men shouldn't be handled by the foreman. The reason is simple; he will get tired easily, or die on the journey.
Thinking about that, I realized the impact of team work in any task that involve more than one person. Aside the ease and creative minds, you get things done, faster. Nothing beats the power of a creative team with focus on a particular project.
I enjoy being part of any good team, and adding my own quota can make the team better. The strength can't be measured.
